Do you believe that anything that is wholesale is cheaper? Good news! There is Wholesale Insurance! How many of us takes getting an insurance seriously? I am asking my countrymen as I believe it is compulsory in other countries to have insurance.

Insurance is something that everybody must have. When I got an insurance policy for my son, I sort of have this confidence that whatever happens, my child has something to look forward to.

It is good to have friends in the office. They are like your second family. That is why, it is sad when you see them go. I have friends in the office and I was the one who left them. Well, I transferred to a new team hoping for some career growth. I was devastated in a way but then again, sometimes, you really have to get out of that comfort zone. After all, I have been where I was for almost eight years already and nothing special happened. Friendships earned are of course great and real like golden treasure but then again, the reality of life is you have to work. To work means to earn and to work harder means to earn more.

Another fellow of ours also left office but because of family reasons. Well, her husband would like her to just take care of her only daughter. Who could blame him for that? The thing is that they were able to experience something bad and what is the best way to protect a child? Let the mother stay beside him or her. I really miss this friends of ours. One time we were able to chat and according to her, investing in stocks takes her idle time when her daughter is in school. I wonder if what she has are compound stock earnings. I was interested as I want to earn extra too. Yesterday, she was able to speak with one of our colleagues and she was inviting us to attend the blessing of her brand new house! Oh, at a prestigious and high end community that is! She has really gone places. She must be earning that high. Indeed, their decision to invest in stocks paid off and is continue paying off.

Success stories? These will always be inspiring. I really hope to share mine in the near future.

Do it faster

Who needs nationwide biweekly administration? Everyone who gets loans and is in debt. Well that means, everybody! Did I get it right? Well, okay, maybe not everyone has a debt but at least, let us give credit to those who want to finally settle all their obligations. For those who are already in deep debt, what could be more aggravating or very pressuring is the fact that a big chunk of your cash flow has to go to payments alone! Do not forget the long duration or say, endless period of time for you to finally scratch off that debt! How can you do it faster?

One of my friends has this debt cycle. She said that she thinks that it is effective for her. Being the only person earning money to feed her family, she was not able to manage her finances well as she thought she was managing it. Well, she got in a deep trouble and she drowned. No one tried to rescue her and she went into that deep blue sea of debt leading to bankruptcy. She was very affected. She could not function well and she became irritated, unreasonable, confused and all. She even resorted to hiding, would you believe that? There were lies also of not being around or maybe going to another country already just to run away from that debt. Then, she realized that it will not solve her problem.

Right now, my friend is trying to pay her debt slowly. One at a time. If only she could actually get a good deal. Yes, something like that of biweekly administration of debts. Maybe she could also request for direct deductions from her salary. Anyways, salary is also biweekly, right?

As of me, I have debts also. But, that stops there. No more additional ones, as of press time. I have to control spending urges and try to invest in more important things. Maybe I could put up a business like an on line business for additional income.

Never too late to change things

Big, big spender. Big, big spender… The song is playing inside my mind. I looked at my savings account right now and I could not believe my eyes when I summed up all the withdrawals. I tried to remember where I used each one and I could not anymore. I could not even point out anything that I bought with all those money. How big it is? I think enough to buy gold bullion. As they say, it is never too late to change things. I really have so many plans in my life and I just could not focus yet. Maybe because sometimes, I am distracted or the temptations are just too hard to resist. Maybe I should picture in mind the future and what and where I will be.

If there is one metal that commands respect, that is gold. This metal is very popular and dependable too. I remember when my mother in law came home from Saudi Arabia. She brought gold earrings for her daughters. Too bad that they had to pawn it because of the hard times. I thought that maybe if she was able to buy gold coins then all of it might be gone by now too.

As years go by, gold becomes more and more valuable. How much is per gram of gold right now? If it was not triple, even quadruple from years back. Investing in gold is really wise.

One of my previous office mates still go to our office from time to time. She is into insurance business already. Last week, she gave us life quotes for insurance. She knows that we will be receiving our bonus this March thus she is convincing us to at least invest a part of it in insurance. I am thinking of buying one. However, not this March. Enrollment is in April thus, the money that we will receive is somehow spent already even if we do not have it yet in our hands.

We are watching the late news and the global crisis is very evident in US. People line up for free food being given away at churches and some tried searching the garbage area for more. Who would have thought that it could be happening? They say that it is because most financial institutions did not have a good prediction of how their investment would go.
