Finally she went to the dentist.

It was the longest night she ever had. She was not able to sleep. She was really disturbed by the toothache. It was 430AM until her eyes finally gave up. From time to time, she still got up since the mefenamic acid tablet did not work.

She woke up around 10AM and she rushed as she wanted to still make it to the office. She went to the dentist first and was diagnosed to have odontalgia. In layman’s term, it is toothache! She tried to work as she did not want to be absent from work. Still, she could not bear the pain. She decided to file a sick leave. Thanks to her supervisor for letting her go home. It is her second day in antibiotics and pain relievers. She woke up today and blurted out that the pain is now isolated to the involved tooth. The one that had permanent filling or “pasta”. So, the dentist did not do a good job? As she was told yesterday, the filling is intact. Yes, but she was warned before that since there was pain on the involved tooth, it was not a good sign. She bore the pain for almost three months.

She wanted the tooth to be extracted but the dentist insisted that it could still be saved. Now, he must let go. The tooth must be taken out. It is now a burden.

She is really in pain right now. She needs a HCG injections Austin? Nope, that is another thing that she might need for her diet but what she needs right now is for her tooth ache. Now she is trying to write and at the same time watch her favorite show to make her brain forget about the tooth ache! Oh, I really pity her. But, she was enjoying chocolates a few hours ago. That is the price she has to pay.

Tooth rheumatism

Have you heard a sickness like that? She coined what she is experiencing as tooth rheumatism because the pain is only at night. Just like in some rheumatism cases or disease of the joints, she could not sleep at night because of tooth ache. I advised her to just visit her dentist today. What a way to start the week if her tooth will be extracted.

Dental filling, root canal or extraction?

Finally, the dreaded dental visit! So, it will just be some dental filling and not root canal or tooth extraction. Whatever it is, she was ready? Hahaha! I could tell. She was given premeds composed of antibiotics and pain reliever. After two days, she was back to the dentist. The teeth doctor said, it will just be filling. OK!

She thought it was that easy! The dentist told her that she did not look afraid at all but instead LOOK VERY AFRAID! Another patient in the waiting area saw her straightening her legs and hyperextending her toes whenever she felt pain. Finally after twenty minutes of drilling and irrigitation, the cave has been patched! What a relief? The dentist told her that if there will still be pain then she could come back to finally just do the EXTRACTION! OH, NO!

She missed her appointment with the dentist

She is excited to cook these past few days. Before going to the office, she makes sure that what we are going to eat until dinner is already prepared. Well, we all benefit from it. Great!

Anyways, she is supposed to visit her dentist today. However, because she is so engrossed with her cooking, she decided to just visit tomorrow. I hope that she would wake up and prepare early for that. It is important that she get it over and done with. Root canal, temporary paste or total extraction?
