A relationship to stay happy, it should have some spices. Actually, one f the secrets of a happy couple is their quality time together. Amidst the business of the professional life working hard to survive, the time together should keep the balance in your life.

One friend of mine posted in her site about the sexy nurse lingerie that she intends to wear in one of their closed door romantic dinner nights. That seemed to be playful and would surely surprise her partner. I can’t wait for the next update and what would her partner say about it.

She is the eldest in the group that is why she is very conscious of her looks and is now looking for age spot removal. Being jolly and having a positive perspective in life might just do it but then again, the dying cells will not recuperate. The cheerful outlook is on the outside that reflects what you feel but feeling young is not enough if your cells are aging. Yes, facts of life. That is why, there are beauty tips and beauty products! Nose is Hurting

She was cleaning her room yesterday and she saw this beauty kit given to her by one of her friends three or four years ago. There was a tool for removal of blackheads and whiteheads. Although she knew that it would hurt, she was not able to resist it and used the tool. She got some as she does not have the habit of cleaning her face before she goes to sleep. Now, her nose is hurting! I hope and pray that it is nothing and would not progress. It is hard to have a problem on the face.

How many pounds did you gain because of the Holiday season? Five pounds? Six pounds? Ten pounds? Lucky for those who were able to maintain a certain discipline that they did not gain any additional flab or even lost some maybe because of night outs! Well, for those who pigged out, it is the right time to start over again. Yes, do not be discouraged. You were able to lose a pound or two before so just keep on trying. Lift up that body and MOVE! Better yet, try to zip that mouth and just eat when you are hungry! You can do it!

One beauty product that gained popularity nowadays, facial product, particularly those face moisturizers and facial wash that people now are buying. I am sure every bathroom now has those facial products. What facial products do you have? Besides moisturizers, I am sure that you have cleansers and creams. In our own home, we do have facial wash, astringent, day cream and night cream. Okay, you can imagine now that we have smooth facial skin. I hope so. That is actually we are working out.

Itchy ears

Itchy ears? She was diagnosed to have impacted cerumen. Sounds bad, huh! Do you know that it is because she always clean her ears that is why she has that? The doctor told her to throw away all the cotton buds that she still has. However, she is stubborn enough to continue cleaning or making her ears more dirty everyday. Now, she has to visit the EENT soon. She does not like though. Well, she has been frequenting the office clinic lately. First, she had toothache, then tonsillitis, and now, ear pain? When will she really be healthy in the real sense of the word?

Healthy environment

For my birthday, I made a pledge to the environment. We have not been strictly following garbage segregation scheme in our village thus I would like it to start with me. Big dream, huh! Well, for you to be able to live healthy, you have to live in a healthy place, right? I asked myself, what could be the problem why we could not follow. I realized that it must be the container or the trash cans. So, I said, I will provide the whole village with stainless steel drums with labels of what to put in there.

The title of this blog is Be Beautiful. Am I a beauty expert? Did I go to any beauty school like the Florida Beauty School? No, not yet but I want to. Yes, I want to put up a salon and make people nice and pretty and handsome to look at. Salons are the in things nowadays! There are many kinds of salon. One for feet and hands, one for face, one for hair, one for skin and there is also a fully loaded one having all of the previously mentioned services. I would like to concentrate of course on skin health. I changed my mind. I want a fully loaded one. Anyways, if you go to a beauty school, there will be a sort of practicum thus you could practice and in the process can discover your inclination or where are you best at.

Okay, one last thing she has to do before going to the office, apply her moisturizer cum sun protect. I saw that it could be wrinkle creme too. However, since she is going out at this very hot day, I could imagine how messy it could be if all the cosmetics that she put on her face will start to melt down. Yikes!

Stay out of the sun, I told her. Bring your umbrella!

Drink milk

Whenever we go to the grocery store, she is sort of doing muscle milk review. Well you know, she wants to know the calorie content and the nutrients by reading the box label. As they say, you should know what you eat so that you would know what you will become. The thing is, she does not drink milk. Okay she is doing all the review for me. I do drink all the milk. However, I advised her to start drinking milk too. Well you know osteoporosis.
