Coul it be because of another condition? I really pity her coughing at night and she could not sleep well. That is why she stopped dieting because she already feels weak because of lack of sleep. I really hope that she gets well soon. Now, she is back in water.

So, she took two cups of diet tea after eating the whole of December and that New Year celebration. Just so, she thought that the tea can remove all the toxins and the fats that accumulated all at once, huh!

The effect of the tea? Well, the usual passing out of stool more often. Then, she noticed or heard… her stomach growling! She was alarmed but had the hunch that it could be because of the tea. Yey! The stomach is asking for fod now? Meaning the tea did it job?

Anyways, other causes of stomach growling can be diarhhea, bloating and of course, excess gas!

Hmmm…. bloating? She is actually bloated. Oh, it could

Here she goes again. Do I have to blame the net or what? Well, she has been experiencing pain because of nodules at her right armpit area. Before she thought that because she has large pores there, deodorant residues or even soap residues got stuck. She presses those nodules and true enough, something comes out every time and grows as it may be, she smells it and gets a foul odor. The texture of the substance is like that of soap residue or deodorant residue that is why she concludes that it is that. She pressed one nodule last week and she noticed that it seemed infected and became bigger. Yes, very painful too that it prompted her to read again and find out what it is that is bothering her.

No, it is not a pimple nor stuck residues! It could be Hidradenitis Suppurativa(HS). Actually, HS is somehow synonymous to acne thus, it can also be considered as a big pimple?

As it causes her pain, she is considering visiting the doctor. I really hope that she does soon. But, the stubborn person that she is, she might just postpone that visit and maybe will just decide on that when she could not move her right arm already.

According to what she read, the patient that appears to be toxic and in febrile state should consider going to a physician already. Well, she can still tolerate it, I guess. Anyways, what is keeping her to be brave about it is also another thing that she read about HS, it resolves on its own overtime.

She is into water therapy for two days now. Well, not really a formal one but she decided to drink more glasses of water than she used to. In her office, she consumes around two liters of water but when at home, she instantly becomes a cactus.

Why the move to water therapy? She experienced another sore throat attack. She thought that water might just be the cure. She believes in that clear liquid so much.

I asked her how she feels now and she said, good. In that case, I think I should fill her now empty glass with her new favorite beverage.

I guess, we really have to make exercise a priority in the family. Better yet, we have to combine it with correct diet. I can see that all of us are bloating except for one member who is suffering from diabetes. Well, he is not yet in that stage where he has to take insulin injections but we know that it may lead to that if we do not act now. I am afraid especially that there can be a possibility of actos bladder cancer. I have to check the medications that the affected is taking. I should make sure that it does not contain actos or not actos at all.

We should really act now towards good health.

Oh, you might wonder why I am writing about this. I am worried about my son’s too much farting or I might just be over reacting? So, I tried to find my answer online. At first, I did not find any but this word, queef.

Finally, I found out that we can have as many as 14 farts a day. So, I must not worry at all? I will instruct my son to count his fart then.

Anyways, too much farting can be really alarming.
