Not pregnant

Her problem now is how to lose abdominal fat. There are many excuses for someone to eat and one day he or she would just wake up with a big tummy. Not pregnant though! Well, just all fat because of all the food taken in. There are articles that show or tell about foods that can actually help for those flab to go away and one is dark chocolate. Is it true? I still believe that moderation is the key.
