It is season for Fiestas here in our country. It is even bigger that the Holidays like Christmas or New Year in terms of eating good food. I am talking about eat all you can the whole day and that is really bad. After a day or two of merr making, you will then worry of burning belly fat. I am glad that I do not fall victim anymore of these Fiestas. I know now how to control myself or maybe it goes with age also. I am also more health conscious or my body gives warnings for me to stop eating what I already tasted. You know, it is okay to get to taste all the food at the table as long as you just taste and not actually try to finish all of them as if there is no tomorrow. Proportioning is the key.
