I thin that a diet supplement is a must for everybody. These supplements are necessary especially if you do not eat right. Sometimes we do not follow the food pyramid thus we lack some nutrients and vitamins in our daily intake. This is especially true for those who are in a diet.
I also believe that more than the children, it should be the elderly ones who should take more vitamins. Why? Because children could still eat anything and everything they like. Elderly people have more limitations because of sickness or their body systems could not process some kinds of food anymore. Thanks to diet supplements that things like these could be addressed.
