I have been serving her veggies lately. Yes, for diet but most of all for good health. I observed that she has difficulty in bowel movements lately. I could hear her doing the valsalva maneuver. I pity her. I could feel her pain. yes, to put it simply, she is having constipation!
She said that it is the chocolate milk at the vendo machine. Who says that the best things in life are free? It tasted good and free flowing but for what? The dreaded aftermath every time that she would go to the bathroom?
I warned her about constipation and the future progression of it to a more serious disease like hemorrhoids. I hope she would listen.
