Be Beautiful

The shopaholic in her was acting up again.
So she went to the mall and where else she would go but at her favorite women’s shoes department. She could not really have enough when it comes to shoes. She would like to fit it all and buy it all. Stilettos, boots, clogs, flats, sandals,sneakers, slip-ons and whatever that shoe rack has, just delight her eyes. If only her shoe cabinet could talk and say, it is already getting crowded there. Anyways, she disposed of the old pairs already. She wanted to showcase all things new. If it makes her happy, who am I to forbid her? Go and buy more shoes!

She always has the nice set of teeth. Growing up, that has been one of her assets. Why not? A beautiful smile is always a part of that beautiful face. However, some girls has some laziness. She was not a faithful night brusher. Thus, she lost some of her precious whites. Actually it was four! Good thing those are located at the back thus she could still flash that sweet mona lisa.

For the past seven years that she was visiting her dentist, she was always being asked if she would consider having braces or dentures because it is needed. She looked at the mirror and she noticed that the lower set are slowly being separated from each other. GAPS! Again, she ignored it and told herself, it is okay because you would not show your lower teeth when you smile.

One day, she woke up with a toothache. She rushed to the dentist for advice and cure. She had oral prophylaxis and was told that she is only moderately hygienic especially when it comes to brushing. The dentist said that the upper teeth that do not have a pair are slowly falling down thus exposing the nerves that is the cause of the pain. One day, all the upper teeth might fall…then she would not a dentist anymore. In a snap she decided, okay fit me some dentures.

Today, she is about to pick up the dentures that have been waiting for her for the past seven years. Then , she could continue to flash that beautiful smile!

She was looking at the mirror again. This time, she had resigned to the fact that it would take a longer time to take off those flabs. That is unless she would have some money for liposuction. She just consoled herself by her supposed to be pretty face. Fat women always have a pretty face. So, she came nearer to the mirror and then she shouted, I need an eye cream! Dark circles? Some wrinkles? Oh, no! She would not be able to take it. She feels young all the time and does not want to entertain the idea of aging.

Sometimes your home makes you sickly. Maybe you need to go out and have some breath of fresh air. Explore the woods or just bask in the sun. Go to a resort. Walk and let your feet feel some sand. Have a dip in the pool. You could also just stroll at the park…

For women, there is only one cure for boredom…What is it? What else but a trip to the mall! Shopping, it is! Then they would feel alright and have some energy again!

Would you agree that anyone who is obsessed with cleanliness has a laundry hamper in his house? That is being tidy. How would you react if you see dirty clothes all over your place like at the sofa, on the bed or at bathroom floor. Pick them up and put them at the laundry basket! Besides, dirty clothes are unhealthy. Now that is being OC? I say, not really. That is how things should be. In its proper place.

The cold virus is said to be the fastest to spread. When you hear someone sneezing at the floor, run! Never kiss someone or let anyone with colds kiss you too. I wonder why the office doctors allow someone who has colds be present. That person should rest or all the rest of those people near to him would be contaminated. When you are infected by colds, you would be weak for at least seven days and it might progress to become a flu. Worst, the only thing that could cure it is REST. Yes, together with lots of fluids, complete rest is needed for you to be free from that dreaded virus. I hate colds. I am embarrassed whenever I sneeze.

Why I am writing about colds right now? Well, the TV show that I am watching compared global crisis with the cold virus. It says, when America sneezes, all the other countries in the world catch it. It makes sense…

I love staying at hotels! The room itself is already relaxing. I could stay there the whole day. What more! There are now the so called boutique hotels. That, I have to go to. These hotels have rooms of different motifs and designs. When you think of a hotel, what comes into your mind is a bed, a dresser, a built in closet, a comfortable toilet and bath sometimes with jacuzzi, a television and a receiving area. That is a picture of an ordinary room, perhaps? Now, there are more options!  You could now choose a boutique hotel to stay for more excitement and pleasure!

I love taking pictures. If you would take hold of my camera phone, you would see more than a hundred. Mostly are my different images, though. . From time to time, I transfer all of those to my computer. Great thing that memory cards are now more affordable compare to its prices before. The law of supply and demand does not really apply in this case because there are many manufacturers also. Even the memory cards for digital cameras are all over the marketplace and easy to find. Oh, I remembered, I would have to buy one so that I could just use my digi cam for my picture taking hobby. Okay, strike a pose and say cheese!

There are two person who are very close to me who love to shop. They could not live without buying something. If they see something they really like, definitely, they are going to buy it. Shopping addicts? Maybe. Or is it is just normal for women to be like that? After all, shopping could be a form of therapy. An expensive one, huh! That is why the term window shopping was invented, I guess. That way, you do not have to buy but still satisfy your urge to shop? There are good things that would come out of it though. You could discover some great finds. You should be careful though especially when it is during a sale. Better yet, memorize all the prices and compare it when you are going to buy from a sale. You might be surprised. It still pays to buy more durable and high quality products. It is not necessary that it has to be expensive or branded. More important than that is if you really need to buy it and if you are going to use it. There are some people who shop and shop yet they do not really know in the morning that they woke up why they bought such a thing in the first place. Now that what is you could call, mindless shopping.

I myself could be considered as a person who loves to shop. I look for anything be it cheap rugs that we actually need in our everyday lives, right? Tell me a home that does not use one of those. The use of rugs though have been revolutionalized. Others now are being used as a house ornament. You could see now Area Rugs. It could still serve its main purpose and at the same time accentuate a certain area of your home.

So, next time those two young women would shop, I would ask them to look for rugs. They are great shoppers. I am sure they would find great looking yet affordable rugs. We need some already. Just like bath towels, I think you need to have as many rugs.

Do you feel an odd pain on your nape sometimes? It feels like there is some kind of an object weighing around two or more kilos put on your nape. That is tension headache for me. I experienced it for the very first time when someone very close to me left us. Since then I had not felt anything like that. Thank God! I therefore conclude that tension headache develops from a deep emotional burden that could not be cured until you finally accept the situation.
