Walk, bond and loose some weight. How are the three related? Well, it is written in many books that walking is the best exercise. Sometimes, we all find excuses, lots of them in doing some physical activity. It is tiring and the most famous one~ I do not have time.
You do not have to take exercise seriously. That makes it harder. Make it into something inspiring like an opportunity to bond with a friend or a lovedone. Instead of watching TV after dinner, why not take a walk around the village? It is also like having a breath of fresh air. You know, some enclosed energy would be freed. Make sure to keep the positive ones.
Start one step at a time. You do not have to start big. Especially if you are still a baby to the idea. A ten minute walk could be a good start. Hold hands while walking maybe, oh, that could be romantic. Enjoy the beauty of your surroundings or just be aware. Who knows, you could also contribute to your community just in case that you would notice some things that need improvement. There are really lots of possiblities.
